Our Team

David R. Tucker, CPA is the Founder and Lending Manager of CPA Mortgage Services LLC, a Utah Residential Mortgage company. He is also a CPA and the president of Tucker Thereur and Co, a Certified Public Accounting firm in Salt Lake City.

Dave has some 40 years of public accounting, with extensive experience with small business. He is an expert in business and personal tax preparation. He has been originating loans for more than 28 years. Dave graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University-Hawaii, is licensed by the State of Utah to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Utah.

Rick has extensive experience in small business Management and Leadership. He has founded several Organizations and has counseled with hundreds of clients on a wide range of topics from small business consulting to financial management.

Rick continues to consult with a handful of high-potential small business clients. He is also dedicated to the success of American Patriot Service Corp, a public charity which assists war-time veterans. CPA Commercial Capital actively encourages our CPAs and other professional advisors to support the veteran community by giving to this charity at apscnp.org. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah School of Business.

Bob has over thirty years of legal experience, specializing in corporate law, commercial transactions, contracts, real estate and banking. Bob has served as Chief Legal Officer for Transportation Alliance Bank and FeNix Products, as well as Senior Corporate Counsel for Flying J Inc., a Forbes top twenty largest privately held company. He is a former equity partner of a Salt Lake City law firm, and has a long history of serving on advisory boards for multiple commercial enterprises. Bob graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor Degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Chris has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 20+ years. The majority of his career was spent successfully underwriting, originating, and securitizing commercial real estate loans for one of the largest investment banks in the world. Most recently, he assisted banks and other entities in both acquiring and selling commercial real estate loans, loan participations, C&I loans, and consumer loans. Chris graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his MBA from Georgia State University.
